The service
Lazo is a link page from RenSher Enterprises. The free page lives at lazo.rensher.com. Plus costs $24 a year or $2.50 a month. A domain is not included: you buy one or connect one you already have.
Account and page
You write the name, bio, and links. Do not publish scams, impersonation, or anything that asks for someone else’s password. We can hide a page that does that. The account that publishes Lazo is not hidden.
You can delete your account from the studio. That removes the page, the shop, and the connected domain. The account that publishes Lazo cannot be deleted from there.
Plus
Plus is charged by Stripe and renews until you cancel. If you cancel monthly, Plus stays until the paid month ends, with no refund. If you cancel yearly, the month already started stays paid and the other months of the year go back to the card: subscribe and cancel the same day, and 11 months are refunded. If Stripe is not connected, a local preview can simulate the charge and that refund stays in the preview balance. On lazo.rensher.com the charge and the yearly refund are real, back to the card.
Your own domain
Importing a domain leaves the name in your name. You only point it at Lazo. Buying a domain registers it for one year on RenSher servers, not in a panel under your name. Lazo does not renew it on its own: it has to be renewed before it expires, or it stops.
A registry fee RenSher already paid is not refunded. Lazo’s handling fee is not refunded once the purchase is made. When Plus ends, the domain stops serving your page.
Shop and data
Shop payouts go through Stripe Connect once that account is approved. We store your email, the page content, the photos you upload, and counts of visits and clicks. Photos live in Lazo’s database. Stripe processes the payment and receives what it needs to charge.
On the home page, the questions, sign-in, and these terms, Google Analytics counts visits. We do not load it on anyone’s public page.
