Zoom on Lazo

The owner of a Plus page links their own Zoom account. Lazo creates the meeting when a booking is confirmed and puts the link on the calendar event. The meeting happens on Zoom.

Add

  1. Sign in at lazo.rensher.com with the account that owns the page. Plus has to be active. An invited editor cannot link Zoom.
  2. Open the studio and the Integrations tab.
  3. Tap Link Zoom.
  4. On Zoom, choose the account that will create the meetings and allow it.

Use

  1. In the studio, open Tools and turn on bookings. Give them a name.
  2. Link a calendar, Google Calendar or Microsoft. Zoom alone does not turn bookings on.
  3. Choose Zoom as the meeting type.
  4. When a visitor confirms a free booking, Lazo creates the meeting on that Zoom account and puts the link on the calendar event. If the booking is paid, the meeting is created when Stripe confirms the charge.
  5. The person who booked sees the link to join.

Remove

  1. Sign in to the studio and open Integrations.
  2. Tap Unlink Zoom.
  3. New bookings stop creating Zoom meetings. If Zoom was the meeting type, that choice is cleared.
  4. Meetings already created stay on Zoom. Disconnecting does not delete the Zoom account or the calendar.
